Paillard brothers

Antoine and Quentin Paillard are brothers representing the eighth generation of their family at Champagne Pierre Paillard, a grower-producer in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France. The family history dates to 1768 when an ancestor Antoine Paillard acquired vineyards there, with the brothers officially taking over the estate in 2016 after gaining experience abroad and focusing on sustainable viticulture, massale selections, and quality Pinot Noir production across 11 hectares. They continue the legacy started post-WWII by their grandfather and advanced by their father Benoît.
