Winemaking at Siduri Wines in Sonoma, California until 2019 gave Adam Lee a long run at one of the category’s closely watched addresses in Pinot Noir. That kind of tenure reads as cellar muscle memory as much as résumé line: education first, then years of making, then a role shaped by patience, repetition, and a narrowing focus on Pinot Noir. Today, Adam Lee is winemaker & wine consultant of Ojai Food and Wine, carrying that same specificity into the present.

Today

The working philosophy is plainspoken: wine should be a pleasure to drink, and serious wine and serious fun are not mutually exclusive. In practice, that puts Adam Lee on the side of rigor without posture, treating enjoyment as part of the brief rather than an afterthought.
