Aïda Lips has been titular and manager of Cave Lips in Leytron since 2022, a role that sits inside a third-generation family winery structure rather than outside it. In Leytron, inheritance is worked as much as it is received: through the daily management of a cellar, the handling of a family name, and the continuation of responsibilities already in motion.

Training at Eidgenössiche Ingenieursschule in Changins gave Aïda Lips the technical base before she moved into the family trade as associée at Aida et Rolf Lips in Leytron (2014–2022).
