Albert Raurich is a Barcelona-based chef associated with Dos Palillos and Dos Pebrots. He was chef de cuisine at El Bulli from 1997 to 2007, opened Dos Palillos in 2008, and later opened Dos Pebrots in 2016 as a Mediterranean-history focused project near Dos Palillos. Dos Palillos has been described as a Michelin-starred restaurant, and Dos Pebrots has been presented as Raurich’s second restaurant and a continuation of his research-driven cooking.
