The Work Today

At Bodega Luigi Bosca in Luján de Cuyo, the chairman’s brief is to guide a house whose standing is tied to Argentine wine and to the Arizu family’s long record there. Alberto Arizu has described the country’s viticultural map in broad terms: “Malbec will always be a great variety for Argentina, clearly. But Argentina is a huge country, with amazing diversity.” The point is not slogan but orientation.
