Alex Bond is a Nottingham-based chef and founder of Alchemilla, which opened on Derby Road in 2017. He previously worked at Restaurant Sat Bains, Auberge du Lac, Turners, the Wild Rabbit, 42 The Calls, and Anthony’s, and in 2019 Alchemilla earned a Michelin star. He is known for modern British, vegetable-led, plant-focused fine dining in Nottingham.
