Coming Up
Training at University of California, Davis gave Allison Tauziet the technical base for a career built through cellar and harvest work. A harvest internship at Domaine Chandon moved that training into production, followed by an American internship at Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux in France and enologist work at Far Niente winery. Today, as director of winemaking at Colgin Cellars, Tauziet’s role sits at the level where site, variety, and cellar decisions meet.
