Andrea Campani

Andrea Campani is the Executive Chef at Il Borro, the Tuscan hospitality estate in San Giustino Valdarno, and he leads the culinary direction of its restaurants, including Osteria del Borro and Il Borro Tuscan Bistro. Official Il Borro sources say he joined the project in 2013 after meeting Ferruccio Ferragamo and that he now oversees the estate’s restaurant offerings with a cuisine rooted in simple, proudly Tuscan cooking. He was born in Montevarchi in the heart of Valdarno.
