i. Biography
Aurélie Rodez and her husband Mickaël are the ninth generation taking over Champagne Rodez in Ambonnay from his parents, Éric and Martine Rodez, and work across both the vineyards and the cellar. Since 2014 the couple have extended the estate's organic and biodynamic farming with dedicated biodiversity zones and essential-oil treatments in the vineyard.
