Discret et passionné, ce fils de boulanger s’est lancé très tôt dans l’aventure pâtissière en créant sa propre boutique à Chambéry. Il a depuis investi Le Fidèle Berger, boutique classée aux monuments historiques datant de 1832. Les gourmets avertis ont immédiatement adopté son style précis privilégiant le goût par dessus tout, entre fine acidité et sucré maîtrisé. Au-delà de quelques spécialités incontournables, Cédric Pernot aime surtout élaborer de nouvelles recettes tout au long de l’année.
