Christina Rasmussen

Christina Rasmussen is a Danish-American chef, forager, and co-owner of FURA in Singapore’s Amoy Street district. FURA opened in October 2023, with Rasmussen overseeing the food menu and co-founding the concept after a nine-month Mallow pop-up; prior to that, she worked as head forager at Noma in Copenhagen. She originally trained in pastry at the Culinary Institute of America and has been profiled in connection with FURA’s sustainability-focused, future-food approach.
