Christophe Moret, born in 1966 in Orléans, France, is a chef who trained under luminaries like Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco and Bruno Cirino before leading the kitchens at Spoon Food & Wine in Paris (1998), Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée (2003-2010, three Michelin stars), Lasserre (2010-2015, two Michelin stars), and L'Abeille at Shangri-La Paris (2015-2023, two Michelin stars). In March 2024, he became Executive Chef at Domaine Les Crayères in Reims, overseeing the two-Michelin-starred Le Parc Les Crayères and Brasserie Le Jardin.
