Daniele Cason is the executive chef at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, where he joined in 2013 and later helped develop K’shiki and open The Pizza Bar on 38th, the hotel’s omakase-style pizza counter in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Official Mandarin Oriental material identifies him as the chef behind The Pizza Bar on 38th and states that his work there began after he joined the hotel as Executive Sous Chef in 2013.
