David Breeden

East Tennessee native David Breeden is a chef and culinary consultant with Guest Driven Hospitality. He spent 13 years leading The French Laundry's kitchen, sustaining three Michelin stars and helping shape its cuisine and brigade, and in January 2026 partnered with Nashville wine restaurant Bad Idea to guide a new Modern American culinary program.
