Dimitri Droisneau

Dimitri Droisneau is the chef of La Villa Madie in Cassis, on the Mediterranean coast of Provence, where he and Marielle Droisneau took over the restaurant in 2013. La Villa Madie received a second Michelin star in 2014 and a third Michelin star in 2022 under his cooking. He is described as Normandy-born and trained first with Michel Canet in Alençon before working in Paris at Le Bristol, Lucas Carton, La Tour d’Argent, and with Bernard Pacaud.
