Dominique Demarville

Dominique Demarville is the Cellar Master and General Manager of Champagne Lallier in Aÿ. He joined the house in January 2021 after more than two decades in senior Champagne cellar roles, including service at G.H. Mumm, Perrier-Jouët, and Veuve Clicquot, where he became Chef de Caves in 2009. At Lallier he oversees the winemaking process from grape selection through final blending and leads the house's terroir-focused Réflexion cuvées.
