Erlantz Gorostiza

Erlantz Gorostiza Aguirre is a Basque chef born in Getxo in 1981 who has led the kitchen at M.B restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama in Tenerife since 2010. Official venue material says he took over the kitchens at M.B in 2010 and helped the restaurant earn its second Michelin star in 2014. The Ritz-Carlton Abama’s resort pages also identify him as the restaurant’s gastronomic director and head chef, and Michelin lists M.B in Guía de Isora, Tenerife.
