Guillaume Grillon is Senior Director of Distribution at Folio Fine Wine Partners, the US importer of Piper-Heidsieck and Rare Champagne. He grew up in southwestern France, began selling French wine in Germany in 1998 and moved to New York in 2000. He joined Clicquot Inc. in 2002 and went on to lead the New York sales team of LVMH Moët Hennessy.
