Guillaume Laublanc

Guillaume Laublanc is a chef and owner of L'Auberge des Gourmets in Le Villars, Saône-et-Loire, where the site says he convites guests to his restaurant and identifies him as the chef. The restaurant’s official profile says he is originally from the Ratenelle region, trained first at Hotel Royal in Évian-les-Bains and Château d’Igé, then in Switzerland at starred restaurants including Restaurant de l’Hôtel Mirador at Mont-Pèlerin, before serving as chef-gérant at the Nespresso restaurant in Romont, Switzerland. In 2020 he returned to his native region to take over L'Auberge des Gourmets from chef Daniel Rogie, and the restaurant received a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024.
