Italo Bassi is an Italian chef associated with Bonifacio, Corsica, where he co-leads D’Amore and Finestra by Italo Bassi. The official D’Amore site says he and executive chef Edoardo Menna took over the venues in 2023, and the Finestra site describes him as an established chef who previously brought Enoteca Pinchiorri to the top of the Michelin Guide before creating Confusion, the only Michelin-starred restaurant on the Costa Smeralda.
