    i. Biography

Jarrett Stieber is a chef and owner of Little Bear, an Atlanta-based restaurant recognized as a Bib Gourmand establishment by the Michelin Guide. He won the 2023 MICHELIN Guide Atlanta Young Chef Award and is known for his hyper-seasonal, vegetable-forward cuisine that sources approximately 95% of ingredients from local Georgia farms. Stieber began his professional cooking career at age 15 and spent a decade in Atlanta fine dining kitchens before launching the pop-up restaurant Eat Me Speak Me in 2013, which he operated for nearly seven years before opening Little Bear in February 2020.
