Jonathan Boulangeat is Head of Rare Champagne in the United States at Folio Fine Wine Partners. Born and raised in Paris, he studied wine and spirits management at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux. He moved to Miami in 2014 as ambassador for Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck, became business development manager for Rare Champagne in New York in 2015, and joined Folio in 2021. He is now based in California.
