Juan Carlos García

Juan Carlos García is the chef behind Vandelvira in Baeza, Jaén, where he returned in 2020 to launch his family project and reopened the restaurant in 2022. The restaurant is housed in the historic Palacio/Convento de Vandelvira, and by 2025–2026 García was being recognized with a Michelin star and the MICHELIN Young Chef award.
