i. Biography
Junxi Chen represents Dom Pérignon at La Fête du Champagne in New York. He was head sommelier at Jōji, Daniel Boulud's omakase counter at One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan, when it earned a Michelin star in November 2023, and press coverage that year noted his wine-minded approach to sake.
