Luca Binaschi is a chef from Lake Como, Italy, who joined La Bastide de Saint-Tropez as head chef starting April 18, 2025, for the 2025 season. Trained under renowned chefs Arnaud Faye and Pierre Gagnaire at Michelin-starred establishments, he specializes in contemporary Mediterranean cuisine emphasizing seasonal local products and refined technique. At La Bastide's restaurant Isoletta, he offers both casual poolside dining and tasting menus featuring dishes such as carrot with sweet spices and pimpernelle, and Vialone Nano risotto with basil and gambero rosso.
