Luis Alberto Lera

Luis Alberto Lera is the chef behind Restaurante Lera in Castroverde de Campos, Zamora, a restaurant focused on game cooking and rooted in the culinary traditions of Tierra de Campos. He opened Lera at its current location in 2015 after earlier running a restaurant in Toro, and the restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2021. Madrid Fusión states that he trained at the Escuela de Luis Irizar in San Sebastián and learned from chefs including Arzak, Hilario Arbelaitz, and Abraham García.
