Ce jeune pâtissier chocolatier a travaillé auprès de maîtres réputés et étoilés en France et à l’étranger. En 2009, il ouvre avec sa sœur Émeline, sa boutique Au Petit Prince dans le Morbihan. Il propose des créations colorées et innovantes aux saveurs originales inspirées de la Bretagne ou du Japon.
