Natalie McDade is Senior Director of East Coast Operations at Apres Cru Hospitality, which she joined in October 2023 to support its full-service restaurants in New York. She previously spent nearly a decade with Tom Colicchio's Crafted Hospitality, rising from beverage director of Craft to company-wide beverage director and then Director of Restaurants, after earlier work at Gotham Bar and Grill, Babbo, Marta and Maialino. She is a chef sommelier for La Paulée and La Fête du Champagne.
