Nick Bril is a Dutch chef and entrepreneur best known as the chef-owner of The Jane in Antwerp, which he opened in 2014 with Sergio Herman in a former chapel in the Groen Kwartier. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2015 and a second star eight months later, and Bril later became the sole owner after Herman exited in 2021. In 2025, The Jane began a new chapter on Het Eilandje in Antwerp.
