Ori Menashe is a chef and co-owner of Bestia, Bavel, and Saffy’s in Los Angeles, where he and Genevieve Gergis opened Bestia in 2012, Bavel in 2018, and Saffy’s in 2022. Official restaurant materials identify him as one of the founders of the restaurant group behind those projects, and contemporary coverage describes Saffy’s as a new restaurant from the Bestia and Bavel team.
