Paul Gagne is the Executive Chef at The Fearrington House Restaurant in Pittsboro, North Carolina, where he leads dinner, bar, Afternoon Tea, events, and breakfast service for inn guests. Fearrington’s official site says he has grown as a chef at Fearrington, and the property’s 2022 announcement states he had already spent five years there as Chef de Cuisine before being promoted to Executive Chef after training at the New England Culinary Institute and staging at Fearrington in 2012.
