Pierpaolo Giorgio is an Italian chef from Scafati, born in 1983, whose career has been built in notable kitchens across the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. In 2023, he was identified as the chef behind Cenere Museum & Bistrot in Pompei, and in 2025 he was reported as the chef at Vigna delle Rose inside Casa Setaro winery in the Vesuvio area.
