Pierre-Baptiste Jestin is director of operations at Champagne Leclerc Briant in Épernay and the son of the house's chef de cave, Hervé Jestin. A December 2024 profile of the house in Vigneron magazine says he leads its vineyard work, which centers on soil life, long fallow periods of seven to eight years and cover crops in a vineyard farmed biodynamically.
