    i. Biography

    Serge Vieira was a French chef born in 1977 in Clermont-Ferrand and the founder of the eponymous restaurant at Le Couffour in Chaudes-Aigues, France. He won the Bocuse d’Or in 2005 and later led Restaurant Serge Vieira, which was listed with two Michelin stars and Relais & Châteaux recognition. He also opened Sodade in 2019 at Chaudes-Aigues as part of the same hospitality project.
