Simon Li is a Hong Kong chef who has over 30 years of international culinary experience and is known for his expertise in Portuguese cooking. He has been assigned as Head Chef and Executive Chef for fine-dining restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau, including roles at Hotel Lisboa’s Guincho a Galera and Grand Lisboa’s The Kitchen. He also trained in Portugal with award-winning chef Vincent Farges while serving as Chef de Cuisine at Guincho a Galera.
