Tim Allen

Tim Allen is a British chef and owner of sō-lō, a one Michelin-starred gastropub in Aughton, Lancashire, which opened in 2021 and gained its Michelin star in 2023. Before launching his first solo venture, Allen held executive and head chef positions at several Michelin-starred establishments including Launceston Place in London, The Wild Rabbit, and Flitch of Bacon, each of which earned Michelin recognition during his tenure.
