i. Biography
Tomás Postigo co-founded Pago de Carraovejas in 1988 and served as its technical director and winemaker for twenty years. He left in 2008 to create his eponymous family winery in Peñafiel, continuing a Ribera del Duero career that began at Protos in 1984.
