Born in Jiangxi, China, he previously worked at Whampoa Club in Shanghai before joining Four Seasons in 2010. Under his leadership, Jin Sha has earned Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Restaurant status for four consecutive years and three diamonds in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide from 2018-2025.
