Adam Handling

Adam Handling MBE is a Scottish-born chef and restaurateur from Dundee, born in 1988, and the chef-owner of the Adam Handling Collection. He began his career as the first-ever apprentice chef at Gleneagles, later became Fairmont’s youngest-ever head chef, and went on to open Frog by Adam Handling in Covent Garden, with Eve Bar below the restaurant. He has been recognized with awards including Scottish Chef of the Year, British Culinary Federation Chef of the Year, Food & Travel Awards Chef of the Year, and Restaurateur of the Year in the British GQ Food and Drink Awards; Frog was described as Michelin-starred in 2022/2023 coverage and his official site states he secured a Michelin star in 2022.
