Ahmet Dede is the chef and owner of Dede, a two Michelin-starred Turkish restaurant in Baltimore, West Cork, Ireland, and its sister restaurant Baba'de, which earned a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2025. Baba'de, located in the renovated Mews building where Dede earned his first Michelin star, offers relaxed sharing plates blending Turkish flavors with Irish produce, including signature içli köfte. Named after his daughter Aleyna as 'Baby Dede', it reflects his family heritage and uses seasonal West Cork ingredients.
