Alberto Faccani is an Italian chef and owner of Magnolia restaurant, which holds two Michelin stars. He opened Magnolia in Cesenatico in 2003 at age 27, and relocated the restaurant to Longiano in 2017. His culinary philosophy combines innovation with respect for local ingredients, drawing inspiration from art and nature, and he has been recognized as one of 100 people who revolutionized Italian dining over the past decade.
