Alex Dilling

Alex Dilling is a London-born chef who trained at Westminster College before launching his career at Alain Ducasse's Adour in New York City, where he helped earn two Michelin stars in 2012. He later served as Executive Chef at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and The Greenhouse in London, maintaining two Michelin stars at both, before opening his eponymous restaurant at Hotel Café Royal in September 2022, which achieved two Michelin stars just six months later and was named on The World's 50 Best Discovery list in 2024.
