Ben Miller

Ben Miller is a Canadian-born chef at Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in London, where he was promoted to Head Chef in 2026 after serving as Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef. He began cooking at 15 in a catering kitchen in British Columbia, later trained at SAIT Polytechnic, and moved to London in 2022 after working at The Clove Club. He won the 2024–25 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy UK regional final with his dish Ode to Sam Yee and also received the Acqua Panna Connection in Gastronomy Award.
