Alexander Wulf

Alexander Wulf is a Russian-born German chef and restaurateur known for cooking a Russian-inspired cuisine in Germany. He trained in Germany and Austria before working for seven years at St. Jacques / Burgstuben Residenz, where he served as sous chef and later head chef; in 2018 he co-took over the restaurant, which was later renamed TROYKA, and the restaurant received a Michelin star. He is also identified by industry profiles as the Chef de Cuisine at TROYKA in Erkelenz/Neu-Immerath and was named JRE Chef of the Year in 2024.
