Alexandre Chartogne has been in charge of the cellars and the vineyards at Chartogne-Taillet in Merfy since 2006, succeeding his parents Philippe and Élisabeth. Peter Liem’s text reprinted by La Fête notes a stage with Anselme Selosse and that Chartogne-Taillet is the only récoltant-manipulant in the village. La Fête du Champagne 2026 names him for the 15 October New York dinner with Rodolphe Péters.
