Alexis Voisenet is the chef and owner of Maison Avoise in Issy-les-Moulineaux, where he opened his first independent restaurant in September 2024 after previously serving as a long-time lieutenant and creative lead under Guy Savoy. Maison Avoise earned a Michelin star within months of opening, and official and local sources describe Voisenet’s cooking as a French, nature-driven cuisine that is graphic, contemporary, and rooted in classic gastronomy.
