Andrea Antonini

Andrea Antonini is the Executive Chef of Imàgo at the Hotel Hassler in Rome, a Michelin-starred restaurant overlooking the Spanish Steps. The restaurant’s official site says he has held the role for five years and that he previously worked in top kitchens including El Celler de Can Roca, Quique Dacosta, and Enrico Crippa in Alba. Contemporary profiles also describe him as a Roman-born chef, born in 1991, who took over Imàgo from Francesco Apreda in 2019.
