i. Biography
Andreas Acherer a toujours eu l’intention de rouvrir la boulangerie de son grand-père. C’est pourquoi il est parti à Vienne en Autriche pour apprendre l’art de la pâtisserie. Après 9 ans d’expérience dans plusieurs maisons à travers l’Europe, il ouvre sa boutique en 2007 dans laquelle il a voulu créer un espace où se retrouvent en parfaite harmonie arômes, goût et esthétisme.
