Aaron Bickham is the Director of Culinary & Executive Chef for The Bartolotta Restaurants in Greater Milwaukee, where he oversees menu development, culinary leadership, operations, and guest experience across the company’s portfolio. Bartolotta materials say he has been part of the organization on and off since 2001, and a 2026 company announcement says he was to Director of Culinary & Executive Chef after previously serving as Corporate Executive Chef. He has also appeared publicly in connection with Bartolotta events and the opening of High Stakes by Bartolotta in downtown Milwaukee.
