Andrew McConnell is an Australian chef and restaurateur who is the chef and owner of Cumulus Inc. in Melbourne’s Flinders Lane and Gimlet at Cavendish House on Russell Street. He is also identified as the founder and owner of Trader House, the hospitality collective behind venues including Cumulus Inc. and Gimlet. Cumulus Inc. opened in 2008, and Gimlet opened in 2020 as part of the Trader House group.
